Through its client portal, OpenText Assure can deliver greater access to its operational services driven by self-serviced end user interactions.
Where services are chargeable (e.g. office moves, software purchase request), OpenText Assure identifies the appropriate cost center, cost code, and staff member who can approve the request. The item will then be routed to a manager who can then approve or decline the request.
